Bradley Ranch Specific Plan

Project coordination among Planning, Landscape Architectural, Engineering, and Water Resources groups for the 630-hectare master-planned new community for 20,000 residents to be annexed to the City of Santa Maria.  As Project Coordinator assisted the Director of Planning in preparation and editing of final documents, including 65 exhibits, 130 pages of text, and supporting technical appendix. The community features a mixed-use Village Core, single-family residential neighborhoods, golf course and resort facilities, schools, and open space and natural preserves.

Rossmore Retirement Community

Landscape architectural, horticultural, and management consultant services to the Rossmore Golden Rain Foundation Joint Mutual Board. Provided technical and management guidance to the 70-person landscape department that maintained 4,000 condominium units and four clubhouses in a 750-hectare adult retirement community. Served as advisor to individual condominium boards, Joint Mutual Board representing 60 HOA’s, and Golden Rain Foundation property management and maintenance organization.

Orcutt Community Park

Master planning and detail landscape architectural design and irrigation coordination for the 10-hectare multi-use community park for the County of Santa Barbara. Park amenities include soccer and baseball fields, community picnic facilities, tot lot, and small and large breed dog parks. The park straddles an existing creek, transitions into natural and mitigation areas, and is connected to regional trails.
